custody scenerio?

ok......lets say that someone had full custody of a child. like....had a few years of going to court and fighting for custody of this kid and they got full custody. the other parent isnt involved anymore for some reason. so the parent gets full custody after all this court and money and arguing. then some time goes by and the parent decides they dont wanna be a parent after all. the kids grandparents take the child to live with them. they move, but not far away. can anyone get in trouble? like.....the parent? or the grandparents? the grandparents cant get in trouble for not telling the court, can they???

they will need legal paperwork so they can take the child to the hospital and make other decisions for them like enrolling in schools and what not. it is best to go about it the legal way so that loopholes dont hinder the ability of the caretaker of the child.

Seems like everyone needs to go back to court so everything's legal.
