that when a jury comes together to deliberate, that information should be recorded? I guess I dont think its right that they are allowed to not be able to talk and tell others HOW they came to the conclusion they did.

How the hell do we know that they even talked about the case and didn't put some strips of paper in front of each person and say "put your vote in the bucket"

I mean really...

It has to be private and anonymous so jurors can do what they think is right without fear of recriminations.
