I don't however, the usual things do not work, right? Like Fiber, actiivity, liquids, ruffage?

We have tried all that. Nothing has helped. We are in the process of finding a new specialist.

Actually, come to think of it, one of my friends daughters had this (This was 10 or so years ago). She was, 3 I think, and at one point had 3 or 4 lbs of poo just built up in her tummy. I remember her having to "stimulate" poo by using an enema thing, only it wasn't an enima, I will ask her for you.
