No Epidural for teens giving birth

Do you think that would help cut back ??? lol or just with subsequent pregnancy?

Probably neither. A lot of teens do not have access to birth control because their parents refuse. Some are not educated on it and some want a baby. 

Legally hospitals have to offer pain meds because it's a patients right.

No. I didn't have any pain meds with either of my kids. It didn't stop me from having a second kid so what would be the point? You tend to forget pain after its over...

That would not help at all... if the idea of the lifelong commitment to parenthood itself doesn't stop a child from having a child, the idea of no epi sure as hell won't. Teens are far too impulsive and do not think of consequences, it won't even cross their minds.

Wouldnt help at all. The epidural wore off when I was having my son, didnt stop me from getting pregnant again.

i don't think it would do anything to the teen pregnancy rate. 

however, I think it's stupid to "punish" them by not letting that pain reliever.
