Tell me what you get from this shit.

I paid on July 13th $113 and some change for 2 lines of phone service through Cricket wireless.  On July 19th I had one line of service turned off which credited my account for $59 and some change.  My bill was due on August 15th.  Was I wrong to think that this +$59 would cover my August bill?  This guy is trying to tell me that, not only do I owe for the month of August, I owe a PAST DUE balance of $53 and some change!!  I am absolutely BLOOMING right now!!  These bitches have effectively STOLEN right at $60 from me!!  Pissed off doesn't even BEGIN to cover how I feel right now!!!

Is there a charge for disconnecting a line?

I'd call back and wait on the line until a supervisor is available!

I know with my cell phone service I have to pay a huge fee for the first line, and the additional lines are $20 each.  if I were to cancel one of my lines of service, I would still have the huge amount for the first line, my bill would only decrease by $20.  plus there would be an early termination fee of up to $200 depending on how much longer I had on my contract when I cancelled.

Do you not get a detailed bill?  If you do, then look and see what charges are on there.
