I've been nauseous for 3 days.  I've been kinda cramping off and on then too.   Is there a rule of thumb to see the doctor about it?   or to call the ob/gyn to see if I am pregnant?

Take an at home pregnancy test.

I get nauseous and crampy three or four days prior to starting my period. But if its not a symptom you normally get with your menstrual cycle, taking a pregnancy test cant hurt.
