Okay to start off  dd gets  a assignment sheet every week. On that sheet, they have an area they color in, green  is good,  yellow is  for one infraction, orangeis for a 2nd infraction, plus recess is  taken  away, and  red is 3rd  infraction, plus a  note   is sent home, oh she is in3rd grade so...

Anyways  dd had to color the block for  today Orange because 2 kids told on her, and she swears, she did nothing to them.I am inclined to believe her, because she has never gotten in trouble in her previous classes.  I asked her  why she didn't  tell the teacher, but   she said she forgot, she can be shy sometimes. I told her next time, she better let the teacher know unless she wants to have her recesses taken away.  Im sending a note, but I have to say that Im a little ticked the teacher didn't ask for her side of the story before punishing  my daughter.

I would talk to the teacher before assuming she didn't ask for your dds side of the story.
