Rental car question *added 2nd question*

I am planning to go to NY for thanksgiving, but our car isn't that reliable. I am only 22 and cannot acctually rent a car with out a huge surcharge. my question is if my mom(or DH) rents the car can she(he) list me as a driver without the fee?

Does that lower the fee?

I'm married, and have 1 DD. I'm studying online for early child hood education/development, with a minor in business and accounting. And hope to open my own daycare/preschool when I'm done.

I'm pretty sure the "young driver" fee applies since you're under 25.

I don't think so should say online but doubtful. Better save up and get a rental coupon
