i have an suv, the back windows defroster has 2 cords (one on each side of the window) that stretch out so that the window can be popped open instead of opening the entire trunk lift door. well one cord fell off. what kind of sodder td they use? electrical? or is it something else? it was def originally soddered on not glued on.

45 Watt doddering iron plain sodder and paste flux. Plus you need to know how to do it. Dh is a electrician on helicopters and we are also car people

ok thanks. dh said all we needed to use was electric but i'd rather not trust what he says since he THINKS hes a mechanic and is def not.
