The past few days, every time there was an earthquake in Oklahoma, it was felt by folks up where I live in Missouri. Only I never felt them. I was fully awake for two, but felt nothing. I'd go to work and everyone would ask "Did you feel that last night?" I was starting to think I was deformed or something.

So a minute ago, sitting in my bed reading Cafemom on my phone, felt this odd shaking. I jumped up, so excited, yay I felt that, I'm not totally oblivious! Husband looked up and the shaking stopped.

He'd been listening to music on his laptop next to me while wearing earbuds...and tapping his foot on the end of the bed.

Sigh. I'm a moron.

LOL. Earthquakes are interesting, months ago there was one on the east coast where I live and it was felt by half a dozen states and even people in my town and surrounding towns felt it but I didn't. When a friend sent me a text asking if I felt it I thought he was trying to mess with me but then my mom called and told me to turn on the news. My brother felt it too and he lives three streets away from me!
