I'd add some garlic bread with the Lasagna but it looks great!

Sloppy joes are in bread right? so skip the tator tots and do Broccoli or carrots or something.

Im a health nut so some doesn't seem balanced to me so I would change

Waffles, eggs, turkey bacon (cinnamon rolls, eggs, and bacon are full of cholesterol and fat)

Sloppy Joes with green beans but I would skip tater tots bc of the starch/carb load

Grilled cheese and salad

Lasagna and salad or some other green veggie. Corn is starch and so are noodles

Quoting connorsmom2009:

My dinner menu starting November 8th, 2011.

Wednesday: Brinner, Cinnamon rolls, eggs and also bacon -- sliced tomato or melon

Thursday: Sloppy Joes with green beans and also tator tots.

Friday: Grilled cheese tomato soup. -- apple sauce or spinach salad

Saturday: Eat Out

Sunday: Lasanga and corn. Broccoli and/or tossed salad with garlic toast

What do you think of this menu?? What should I change??

I just think there needs to be more fruits/veggies involved to make it more rounded.   Is everything homemade?   Maybe incorporate a fruit /veggie drink if you dont want to do the side dishes.  The plain V8 (original or low sodium) makes a good tomato soup base and that would help as well.
