EXERCISING MAMAS !!!!

I am in no way over weight I'm 5ft and 105 lbs but I've been in this big exercise /self improvement kick lately doing crunches, squats, leg lifts, a little cardio and drinking protein shakes and I must say my butt and abs are looking amazing and I feel GREAT!
What is your exercise routine, goal, do you enjoy it or am I just an odd ball here LOL

When i start getting into it i totally enjoy it. Its just getting the ball rolling to where u r doing it five times a week. I usually walk fast pace five miles pushing a sixtyfour lbs stroller up and down some major hills.

Its so fun and fast moving that It is over so fast It seems almost like it isn't enough time! But it works you so hard, its pleny enough time lol

I run on my treadmill 3-4 times a week and when I have the chance I lift a few weights at the gym. Running has kept me looking good though!

I love exercise!  I hate days when I am unable to do it.  I do everything.  Elliptical, biking, running, kickboxing, dance, yoga, pilates and strength.  I have always been this way.  I had a baby ten weeks ago at the age of 43 and was down to my healthy pre pregnancy weight by six weeks.

Yes, i love my Zumba classes... that is my exercise.

My goal is to do a half marathon in under 2 hrs 30 minutes. I did one 2 weeks ago and hit 2 hrs 37 mins. lol...

Aside from that, I'm satisfied with the goals I've reached. I'm not going to get the nice body I want until I have a tummy tuck, as I'm currently fit, but flabby. :/
