ok we are going to have popcorn, snowcones and cotton candy for the party....but the actual food....what should we serve? We are inviting 200 people. The cheaper the better!

I was thinking like a "build a hotdog" thing. There would be buns, chili, shreaded cheese, bacon bits, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. With a bunch of diffrent kinds of chips.

Anyone else have any diffrent ideas? I need the cheapest thing posible that would fit the theme. Pizzas would run a lot (600+ tax for 50 pizzas! I want to focus more on decorations and fun stuff!)

Also how would I let parents know NO extra kids (unless they provide money for their food I am limited on funds!) and NO drop offs! I can NOT watch 100 kids by myself!

Also events and everything give me ideas ladies! I only got 1k to work with!
