I've never made these, but I'm going to soon. Is there anything that I can replace some of the sugar with that's healthier and will let it still bake the same?
Incase you ladies need to know, the recipe is
1c peanut butter
1c sugar
1 egg
Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients till the dough is smooth
Drop by the spoonful onto a greased baking pan and bake for 6-8 minutes. Be sure not to over bake them as they are the best when they are soft still.

Sounds yummy... If I were to make those I would probably decrease the sugar a little and add a 4th ingredient of oats.
