I am getting sick and tired of this bs. 4 times is a lot in one year to be threatening this shit. will they do it? doubtful. But they are the only idiots i know who can continually not meet deadlines and not get fired.Any other business who didnt' know if they could pay their employees 4 times in 1 year woudl be out of business. smh.

Like in april they are fighting over a budget that should have been done on the 1st of October. they have not agreed or approved any of the 12 appropriations. they are saying they will probably pass a stop gap to get them through their holiday recess.

So sick of them. gah.

Good they're all useless anyway at least the electric bill in government buildings will be lower for the time they're closed, they're not trying to save any money in any other way!

the ones who cause it are protected and will get their pay..everyone else whose paychecks rest in their hands are at risk. some of these people do not make that much money.

So if you are a government family may want to start preparing.

yep. Again. so now we get to watch them fight and argue and keep  passing stop gaps instead of getting down and just passing a budget. its ridiculous.

this has nothing to do with the ceiling. They raised that already.

This is the 2012 budget that was due on the 1st of october. they had this same problem with the 2011 budget, that is what almost caused the shutdown in April.

I don't know anything about this sort of thing, but it sounds stressful to be going through this again. I remember one a few months ago.
