Weight Loss Ideas??

Ok I need some ideas on how to lose some weight. I do my Wii bit it isnt doin anything for me anymore. I was never able to lose the weight from when I had both of my kids. I dont eat much and I do sit ups along with the Wii bit all Im doin is gainin weight. Ive gained about 14 lbs within the past couple of weeks. Thanks in advance!!

10,000 steps... aka 5 miles.... exercise really is magical :-)

Go to your dr. They will be able to point you in the right direction for weight loss to fit your lifestyle :) no joke :)

Exercise is AMAZING.  I would purchase a pedometer (a cheapo) and aim for 10,000 steps really its not that awful and it will hold you accountable.  They say if you want to burn belly fat you need to jog 2 miles a day but for an all over burn start with some light weight lifting because muscle will continue burning fat.  I wish you nothing but luck.  Start an exercise and eatting journal and make sure you be honest with your journal as well as to yourself
