I want to give my mom a home made gift on top of a store bought one. Nothing big, just a nice little gift. Any easy ideas of what I could do?

it depends what she likes.... Can do book marks for real cute gift, picture frames of the family.  There are little kits out to make homemade ornaments.

So what I'm doing for my mom's birthday (it's the 6th) is framing one of the pictures DS painted. He is 5 and can paint like crazy! He is so good at it; it astounds me. I am going to frame a really nice purple one he painted for her and I'm sure she'll love it.

Hope this helps!

One year I gave my mom homemade hand scrub.  Epson salt mixed with scented oil or baby oil.  Awsome stuff!  Thinking of making some more this year.

Sugar or salt scrubs are easy and way popular right now.

No, sorry I'm mobile. I got one of those cut blocks of wood from the craft store then put gel medium all over the front. Then you print out a picture on regular photo paper and smooth it out facedown on the wood. Let it dry for about 12 hours then with a wet it with a sponge. Rub all the paper off gently with your fingers. The picture is left on the wood. Then mod podge it and apply a sealer.
