 Sensa powder?

I need to lose at least 40-60 pounds after I have this baby. I know eat healthy and exercise but every time I try that I get discouraged really easily. I need a little extra boost/helper.

I'm 4'11 and currently 183 pounds (8 months pregnant) my IDEAL weight is around 110 but even 140 would be better. The right weight for me according to BMI is I think 115-130.

I told DF I need to lose it and he says "if YOU really want to then we can work on it but I love you just the way you are..... look my weiner is getting hard just thinking about you" (I know TMI sorry) So I guess that means he will but he isn't saying I'm an unattractive fat ass......

So about that Sensa powder? does it work? Is it worth a try?

No ,that is the right weight for ME according to BMI and I 5'2.

I only know one person who used it and she started losing but got sick.

oh... hmm maybe it was 105 - 120. IDK I can aways re-check it but I was good at 115 before my kids. Like I said, even 130 or 140 would make me happy after being 180 for 3 years.

Shoot, I'd be happy if I could lose 20 pounds.
