I've had visual snow since 2008, after my first panic attack. And those stupid floaters!

I just get floaters.

There are times when I'll try to "see"one...it moves so I can never "get my eye on it" lol. Anyway, I'll get into it BAD until SO asks me WTF I'm doing lol.

I sit there very still with my eyes rolling around lol. He says it's funny to watch me

Are the eye issues related to anxiety? I've been having constant heart palpitations that the doctor doesnt have a explanation for. She said that it's possibly anxiety.

Lol! I haven't done it in public in a while. Haha.

When I start trying to "catch" one, I'm like "no no no! Snap out of it!"

It isn't just related to anxiety. There isn't really any one explanation of why or any treatments.

As far as the heart palpitations go, I have them randomly when I don't even think I'm having anxiety. Do you know when or why you have heart palpitations? Like were you worrying about something? And are they followed with like a gulp in your chest sensation?
