When did your babies really start kicking?

I'm 17 weeks with twins and I really haven't felt anything. I've felt these little flutter or kind of bubble type feelings if that makes any sense lol but I don't know if you would call that a kicking. And I've only felt that once. So when did you feel your baby really start kicking?

Around 25 weeks is when she started obvious kicks and rolls. I'd think it'd be earlier with twins, but I don't know. I know they didn't have me start doing kick counts until 28 weeks though, so you've still got awhile for that.

19+1 DD took her first full kick and never stopped after that.

That's what I thought too. But what are kick counts and why do you have to do them?
