Aaaaargh!!! A customer complaint about me.
Guess who was at photo lab? Crazy lady. I tried to ignore her, bit she yelled at me, asked my name , I told her. She then said I sounded pretty confident for someone who was about to be fired. I just went through the doors to the back so I wouldn't have to listen to her anymore.
I saw my manager about to walk out and let her know what happened so she wouldn't be blindsided. A few minutes later, she came in, told me to write down what happened on an incident report. I filled it out, finished putting away our claims, then had my manager check if she was still out there. She came back and said just stay back here for a few more minutes.
She ticked me off so bad that day. Yes I did get a tiny bit snarky with her. But I think anyone would have when they have someone screaming at them after apologizing, asking what could they do to make the customer happy, offering to get the supervisor.
I had put her out of my mind when the other day my supervisor tells me pick up line 1, its home office. They asked me about the incident, was it an accident, was she hurt, did she appear to be hurt, how did it happen, etc...
Holy shoot. My very first customer complaint and they called corporate over it. Yeesh.
I feel better venting that. Thanks ladies
