Yes, do they really need to tell people they really aren't that big? Lol. This happened because of sue happy people.

Its sad that common sense isn't so common anymore....how could someone really think the sandwich is really that big?

At McDonalds a billion years ago, some dinosaur of a lady sued because she spilled coffee on her self and it burned her. Now they have to have a warning label. And it isn't always the employees fault for the top coming off. I'm sure she was taking the lid off to add sugar and cream before McDonald's had the pretty little machine that dumps the amount you desire in.

smh. Did she seriously expect to be served cold coffee?

I actually studied that case in my Business Law class in college and she had a VERY valid lawsuit. 

If you want details, I can go into it. It was actually very interesting.
