if this evil headache goes away and lets me get to the store, we'll be having turkey and rice casserole. it's an easy, yummy meal.

Sauteed pork chops with mushroom and onions. Mixed with gravy and poured over rice.

Lunch:  ds #1 had easy mac, ds #2 had 2 hotdogs and some chips, dh ate some cereal and I am about to eat a frozen rice, chicken cheese & broccoli bowl thing I got from Schwans.  Dd (aka sleeping beauty lol) hasn't graced us with her presence yet today, it's like 1pm and shes still sleeping

Supper: we're having grilled chicken breasts with baked potatos and some kinda veggie

A "one pot." :)

1 lb LEAN ground beef
1/4 white onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced

Brown all in pan, then add:

3 large red potatoes, cubed
1 cup frozen veggies of your choice
Enough water to cover potatoes

Cover and boil until potatoes are done.

Uncover, add:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp wershtishire (spelling?) sauce
2 tbsp A1

Salt and pepper to taste

Simmer until water is gone and enjoy

See? One pot to cook it all! :)

We had a late breakfast of bacon and eggs. For dinner I'm making some kind of beef tips either with noodles or rice.

Left overs for lunch

Breakfast for dinner:

Fresh bacon from the butcher, homefries, eggs, maybe pancakes.
