I can go to bed at like 9 or so and I sleep for a few hours then I wake up for like 4 or more hours. Wide wake, I just want to sleep all night.

Seriously! I just started taking it last week! My sleep patterns are sooooo much better! And it doesn't leave me feeling groggy like sleeping pills do.

That is a sleep disorder. Google it, try the remedies, then seek help if it doesn't resolve. Long term interrupted sleep can lead to major depression/worsen depression and health issues.

That really sucks. 4 days does not make a sleep disorder but it could become one. Check it out.

Wish I could help but my brother, dad and I all have sleep issues. My dad and brother are much worse but it still stinks.

Sleep issues run in my family.

Try Yoga before bed that is my best remedy.

Something natural that has been working well  in my family is Irwin Naturals Power to Sleep PM or Coffea Cruda.

I actually read that sleeping for a few hours, being awake for a couple hours, then going back to sleep for a few more hours is natural and what you're supposed to do.

I am the same way and it annoys the hell out of me.
