I have so much anger built up in me. When I was about 2 weeks old my dad dropped me, I still hold that against himself to. After that I kept to mysefl and I built up anger. Somedays its like I need to be locked up. DH started in on me like dad used to do so I went off. I don't mean to but I do because I can't even talk to dh or none of my friend(which I have very few) I just am so angery and about to get locked up because I can't take it nomore.

Here's a bump though.

If you have anger issues, I'd bet they were NOT caused by your dad dropping you at two weeks old, if I even read the post correctly.

Is this all over him dropping you? Or is there more behind it?

...I'm not really following you either.

He dropped you, as in, fumbled? Did you suffer damages because of this?

I'm almost certain it was an accident, & he feels horrible about it...

So you are actively causing your own pain and using a ridiculous excuse in order to justify it.  Your anger is a choice you are making.  When you are tired of making your life miserable you will change it.

Why are you still angry at your dad? Did he do it on purpose?

Why are you angry at everyone else?

Have you spoken to your doctor about getting some help other than being locked up?
