The IRS is really starting to get on my nerves!!!!!

We filed our taxes early so now we are being punished. We were supposed to get our refund on the 25th at least that is what the cycle said. Then I kept checking WMR and up until 2 days ago it was saying processing return with a deposit date of 31st..now it says you refund is scheduled to be deposited to your account 2/1. I hope to god that it is tomorrow or else we are screwed!!!

 we filed early too, and on our bank account it shows pending deposits... ours will be there tomorrow and we were supposed to get it last week too.... have you tried calling your bank to see if there is a pending deposit. if not, try that.

Mine changed a few times last year but i got it on the original date.

 also, depending on the amount of the deposit, some banks hold it one extra day to make sure the check or whatever clears... so its no longe pending. ours has been pending since saturday :) your bank should know for sure wether you are getting it tomorrow or not.

I think this is a great lesson to all that get back more than the EVER pay.  This time they claim its a software problem next time they could easily say " heres an IOU we are out of money"
