Penelope Jane
Penelope Grace
Penelope Rhei (don't try to sell me on another spelling, this is how my best friend spells her middle name and if I use it, it will be in regards to her)

My old boss and his wife named their daughter PiperRylie Ryan

OMG! Those are the first names my brother and his wife were considered for my niece. Crazy coincidence.
I love Penenlope, but they were afraid everyone would call her Penny.
They went with Piper.
Of your list, I like Piper Lillian best.
