How soon could you tell? My first 4 have blue and you could tell by at least 2 months. My newest has had dark grey since birth. He is 4 months. Some days I think I can see some brown in them.

I always thought she would have hazel, but my mom kept telling me they were brown. I would say I could tell for sure by 6 months though. Sometimes I still think they are a strange color, they look hazel or super light sometimes.

my kids had chocolate brown eyes from birth..all of them. It was disappointing bc dh has amazing blue eyes. But they are gorgeous anyway.

It was about 8 or so months. They slowly stayed hazel for a while then turned. Their dad has brown eyes. I have hazel/grey and they all took after their dad.

My youngest was born with blue eyes.They slowly started changing and were full on brown at 9months.

2 of my kids have blue eyes, they did not change very much since birth. My one son has amber eyes, like me. Around 5 months his eyes started to get a ring of amber around the edge that become wider and wider, till the dark blue he was born with was gone.

My son had blue eyes when he was born and they turned brown within a week.

Dd was born with grey blue eyes and they started to turn light brown when she was around 2 months or so.

My oldest had blue eyes until about 5mo and then they turned brown.

My youngest had grey eyes for the first 3-4 mo, then they turned brown and around 1.5-2yrs they turned hazel.

I had brown eyes until I was 8-9yrs old and then they turned hazel.
