I only know of one person that did it, but it wasn't to lose weight. She was having a hard time getting pregnant and after her and her dh changed their diets to match their blood type, the got pregnant. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this.

Heard of it, read about it, don't buy it.  From an evolutionary point of view, it makes no sense at all.  I've had far better luck, both with general health and weight, eating a Primal / WAPF diet.  It's a lot more fat and animal protein then most people are comfortable with these days but it makes sense biologically.

Heard of it, and it's got no scietific basis whatsoever. The rhesus factor in your blood or not, or the other distinct features, have no effect on your bodies ability to digest or otherwise process food.

I read some articles about it, but I don't believe it. The bottom line to weight loss is the same now as it's always been. People 100 years from now will still use the same sysyrem. Diet and exercise. Less processed food and more lean meats, grains, fruits and veggies. Then get up and move. That's the way to do it.
