Help somebody....

These kids should have been protected, but they weren't. These visits should be in a secure place with a security guard and play rooms and supervised there. They have these facilities but they are usually not enough of them to go around.  Even if the kids had not run ahead, if the worker was right there she couldn't have done anything.   I have been calling and writting trying to get the laws changed about how supervised visits are done. But I am only one person. How many more kids have to die before you call your state reps too.   These visits need to be in proper facilitiues that can offer protection.
