coupons.com, mysavings.com are both great places to get coupons. So is the sunday paper. Check out the sites and see what coupons you can use, check ads for the stores to find the best deals and match them to the coupons.

I know on the kroger website u can add coupons to your shoppers card, and they have a susiecoupons.com ehere u can print them out, on the coupon mad shows they have a bonder with clear pages to organize them by food, soap etc hope this helps u take care
