He put me on a diet of 200 carbs and 200 grams of protein a day... 2000 calories total... 120oz of water.
I'm gonna barf from drinking that much water. :(
I usually don't drink anything at all, all day, which is what I told him I needed help with. Also I usually eat around 1500 calories and he said that's why my weight has stalled, I'm not eating ENOUGH. Also I need TONS of protein.. Blah. 2000 calories, here I come...
Anyone else on a high protein diet?
***I am not asking for advice, or diet plans, or anything... I have a diet plan in place now.. I'm going to follow it even if the "nutritionists" of Cafemom recommend something else. This is something I've wanted to do for a while (get advice from a nutritionist) and I'm not just going to ignore it. Thanks.***
2/10 - Just did an hour long workout.. it was amazing. :) Came home and made up a protein shake. I was scared. LOL But I added LOTS of ice, and a little peanut butter and oats, and I survived. It tasted like a milkshake but kind of had the sugar free taste to it. It was hard to drink the whole thing just because I was getting VERY FULL... now I feel like I'm gonna barf LOL but it didn't taste bad at all and I'm glad I tried it. :) Not going to make it to 120oz of water or 200 grams of protein today but I will be working towards it over the next week.

Are you going to be working out a lot? That sounds like more than the P90X diet.
He said even if I didn't work out at all to use this diet, but I do work out 5 days a week for 45-60 minutes.
lol

She's just nothing like yours
Lol sorry
He's right! I tell people all the time they aren't eating enough. They don't listen! LOL
I'm on high protein too. Can you do a protein powder? I wouldn't be able to do it without my powder.
With the water...I have a 20 OZ bottle. It sits on my counter. I have to drink 1 every 2 hours. That helps me get it in; having a deadline.
