It is so disgusting. I could see if it was her baby and she had just had it (I know some women end up naked during delivery) but HER NEPHEW!!!! Ewww!!! I would be livid if I was the mom. Auntie would never see my child again. There is zero reason for the aunt to be naked with the baby. I would be worried about what she would do to him later in life if she thinks it is ok to be naked with him at any point.
