I have a friend who had her boobs made bigger!! She found an AMAZING Surgeon, and she did NOT do what A LOT of gals do---where they go to 5 cups bigger than what they were originally and look FAKE as HELL!! In fact, I did NOT even KNOW my friend had it done until her Niece told me!!!!! That is how NATURAL she went size-wise!! I have another friend who went from an almost completely FLAT chest, to a LARGE DD!!!!! They look SOOOOOOO FREAKIN FAKE its NOT even FUNNY!!! When we go out in public, she ALWAYS has to wear these teeny little tops to 'show off' her fake boobs and guys just stare at her and laugh after she passes them!!! I'm like---do you NOT realize ppl are making FUN of how IDIOTIC you look??? PLUS---she's only 5'6 and weighs 115 soaking wet and VERY small frame!!!!!!!

My sister has implants and the one thing that was a total deal breaker in my mind is that they don't last forever. You have to get new ones after about 10 years (or so. Some may last longer).
She is on her 2nd set.
My grand mother had the old silicone ones from reconstructive breast surgery when she was in her 40's. They messed her up. I'm pretty sure she is on her 4th set now.
I'm a small b cup and did consider them in the past, but not any more.

Mine are real. They get HUGE and then teeny tiny. It sucks. When I am done having kids I am getting them fixed.

Did either of them have their nipples removed for the procedure? I heard that can make them insensitive.
