I'm not sure without the article. But I don't think a bunch of deaths are going to help his point along...

Well I think they should be legal but celebrity deaths have nothing to do with my opinion.

Ive always been pro marijuana. As for the harder drugs, eeeh. Those are man made and not very safe what so ever because of the chemicals. However, processed foods and vaccines are legal and they are loaded with chemicals too, so eh, maybe Tony has a point.

If you are going to have a problem with drugs, you are going to have a problem with drugs. It will be no better or worse whether it's legal or illegal.

He used Amsterdam as an example. Apparently, drugs are legal there.

Um...

How would that help anything?

What are we going to do? Say "here's your drugs, go commit suicide?"

I don't think that's an argument that will hold up anywhere. LOL.

Tony Bennett --Drugs Should Be Legal After Whitney, Michael and Amy's Deaths Speaking just hours after the passing of Whitney Houston, legendary singer Tony Bennett said he feels with the rash of celebrity deaths recently ... it's time to legalize drugs. Bennett performed at the Beverly Hilton last night Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party, in an evening dedicated to Houston. Bennett told the crowd, "First it was Michael Jackson, then Amy Winehouse, now the magnificent Whitney Houston. Let's legalize drugs, like Amsterdam, it's a very sane city now."Davis, Houston's mentor and producer, remembered her by saying, "Whitney was a beautiful person and she had a talent beyond compare. She graced this stage ... so many times. So simply put: Whitney would have wanted the music to go on."Jennifer Hudson is scheduled to perform a tribute in Houston's honor at tonight's Grammy Awards.
