My son will be 2 in April. We are also going on a road trip around the same time. I am debating on turning around his carseat so he will be more comfortable on the road trip and it will be easier when we need to reach back to give him things (snacks, toys, etc.). He is 25lbs now. What do you ladies think?

I wouldn't do it. He is 5 times safer rear facing.

Actually he will probably be more comfortanble Rear Facing because of the recline. He can happily play and relax.

Nope. Not worth the risk. He will sleep better RFing and you need to stop every couple hours anyway.

I don't really have an opinion... Do what you think is best.
