We are sitting here in the living room watching tv and hear a cat outside meowing very loud. My son goes to the door and opens it to look out and check. Well the cat ran into the house and climed up on my youngest son and laid down. He is just purring and sitting there. Have no idea who he belongs to or if he belongs to anyone. Its cold and supposed to snow tomorrow so I hate to just throw him out.  Im not sure what to do with him. I dont want somone out worrying about their pet but dont want him to freeze either.

Call your local animal shelter & see if anyone has reported a missing cat. Until you can find out more info, just keep him cozy. No milk tho! Its not good for their tummies!

I'd put him in a small room like laundry room to be safe until the bad weather is over. You don't know this cat and you don't know what he could be carrying. Just wash your hands well after touching him.
