I didn't tip the pizza delivery guy, DH said I am mean.

We ordered a pizza and a soda....I love me some soda. We ordered at 6, we were told it would be here by 7. 715 the pizza arrives and the driver said he gave our soda to the other house he just delivered at. He said he would make sure our card wasnt charged the three dollars for the soda. I didn't tip him the 5 dollars I had planned, even though he was late. Dh said I was mean. Would you have tipped despite him being late and forgetting your soda?

I would have. With the cost of gas he's not making much money. Tips mean everything.

I agree I might not have given him the full tip but I would have tipped. A lot of places the only money a driver makes is what they earn in tips some will make like 3 or $4 an hour and then tips so I would not have jus tgiven him nothing. Being late may not have been his fault it could have taken longer at one house or the people making the pizzas took longer the soda was his fault for sure but the rest you don't know.
