I didn't legally, but I've always thought Elijah.

I didn't name my 1st angel, until I lost my 2nd angel, 2 years later....
I named them:
Orion David
And
Aurora Denise

I left the decision up to my 6 year old daughter (our loss hit her very hard).  Her answer was simple

Me:  Do you want to name the baby?

Her: "no, it's our baby, that's just what it is"

So we just say "Our Baby"  It works for us.
