The penis is not a muscle!

Seriously, if you are going to correct someone on something, at least be right. 

Yes, the penis has muscles....very tiny ones that regulate blood flow. The penis is not comprised of muscle tissue. If it was, the more it was used the bigger it would get. Although a nice concept, it is simply not true. 

The penis is erectile tissue. Tissue that is looks similar to a sponge that is able to fill with blood.  That is it.  It is NOT a muscle.
