Looking for support, (I am quitting smoking today)

As some of you know I am attempting to quit smoking!!!!

I am looking for support, I am having a real hard time already this morning and I was hoping to get the support I needed from my DH,but that looks like it's not going to happen...He woke up on the wrong side of the this morning and is already being a jerk which makes me want a cigarette even more....

Thank you ladies!!!! I hope we can help support each other in our journeys to quit smoking :) Good luck to all of you who are trying to quit smoking and congrats to all who have already quit smoking!!!

I am quitting cold turkey....I wish I could keep myself busy, but that is hard since i work from home on the computer and that is where I smoked the most

You can do it. The first three days are the hardest. When you get a bad craving drink a lot of water. It's been almost 8 years for me. Good luck. You need me I'm here for you

Good luck! I'm trying to quit as well. Have only had 1 1/2 this week and already I can smell when other people have had a smoke.
