Like I said in the other, almost identical post, there is no way that toxicology reports are back yet.  People should wait for an official cause of death.

It's going to take weeks to get the toxicology report back.  I don't know how anyone can definitively say that at this point.

If this is true, it's so sad.

It's ironic that she's probably spent more money in crack then most will see in a lifetime ... yet her death was caused by a legal drug commonly prescribed by doctors and a little legal booze. Same can be said for Amy Winehouse and even Heath Ledger.

And marijuana still remains illegal with it's hefty big fat zero of a death toll. :(

Legal drugs her doctor probably prescribed her.

No way a toxicology report could be done yet, especially on a weekend.

They could be if they put a stat order on them. They would also be able to tell immediately if she had enough water in her lungs to have drowned.

When I take clients in for med levels for prescription drugs, the longest it takes for them to come back is 3 days. That is without a stat order. They may not have the full toxicology, but I bet they have enough info to make a preliminary determination.
