I am so angry @ H & R Block right now... i just want to scream.

I called DH's bank on friday to see if maybe our returns were pending, only to find out that without any prior notifications they closed his account. I was livid. Ok breathe right? I start the process to submit a H & R Block RAC direct deposit change form. The woman at H & R Block Bank said the changes would be made in 2-4 hours. Well, I've been running circles all weekend and no change was made. My income tax is due to hit tomorrow and NOW they can't do anything about it! We are relocating to florida to help my dad recover from his accident. I feel as if everything that can go wrong is. I,m depressed and just so angry. My dad had surgery again last night and I just can't deal. I'm so stressed out. Thanks for letting me vent.

Why did they close his account? My bank will only do that if you are overdrawn for 30days.

We moved last summer. I still haven't changed banks. And they haven't changed or closed any of ours just because we aren't in the area. The nearest Regions is in STL. We're in Omaha lol. We've ran into a couple of issues, but nothing that couldn't be solved with creativity and patience.

Oh, and HR Block is pure crap.

Because he recieves paper notifications. Apparently they charge a fee for these. So what little bit of money he kept in the account to keep it open was used to pay these fees. That was according to the bank manager.

Oh man I can't imagine how stressed you are right now.

Take 5 mins out, take a lil walk or just get out of the house if you can. Then you can start dealing with one thing at a time.
