We just ordered some pizza.
I hate peperoni so I always get my own small pizza.
The guy who took our order repeated the toppings I asked for twice. What he repeated was correct. My SO picked up our order and when he got home, of course, my pizza had peperoni on it.
So I called to tell them they got my order wrong. The same guy who took our order answered again and I told him about getting the order wrong. He tells me that he wrote down exactly what I told him to and repeated it. I told him that I knew this and that when he repeated back it was 100% correct but for whatever reason my order is wrong.
He started to get snippy and sarcastic with me and asked "well what exactly did you order then MISS?" At that point I told him that I didn't like his tone and that I wanted to speak to the manager, sure enough his tone change, he apologized and asked me politely for my order. He offered to make another pizza and said it would be done in 15 minutes.....
but now I'm afraid he spit on it...or something lol I HATE complaining about something especially when food is involved....
Do you complain if your order is wrong or do you suck it up and eat it how it comes to you?
Thats how I see it as well.
Are you ever afraid that they will "do" something to your food?

I do if it's something disguting, like ketchup. But if it's something I can pick off I don't mention it.
