Does anyone know if there such a thing as a heating pad for ur boobs while preggo during winter months i go outside and it makes my nipples hard as hell to the point of tears

Not that I know of, but you could probably get some of the smaller."hot hands" things they make for hunters and stuff them in your bra?

Agree with using the hand warmers -- but you won't want them rubbing on your nips (or against bare skin -- to hot).   So wear a sports bra over your regular bra, and put the warmers in between.

The hand warmers are fabulous to use I did with my son also use nipple cream. It helped last winter while I was prego.
