Seriously I am tired and hurting. I surgery on Friday. On dd4 is wide the eff awake. She has done woken the baby up 3 times. I've been in her room a billion times already comforting her each time I leave my bed room the baby wakes up. So I'm dealing with dd4 screaming and crying and then dd 5months screaming and crying. Dd 4 don't know why she is crying she just is. I've given her tylenol because she said her legs hurt. That was over 2hrs ago. I'm about to loose it here. Where is Dh you may ask he is in Indiana because his job has him on a 6month tdy type trip. My incision site is throbbing I wish I had some help right now. I'm exhausted. But I promise I won't scream at dd4 right now even though I really want to scream just go the eff to sleep.

I suggest bringing dd4 into the room with you. Maybe she will sleep better and not wake up your baby if you are right there.

I have already tried that but she is kick and flopping and has hit my incision sight a few times. I'm at a lost on what else to do.

Take adeep breath, let her cry until she pleases. Like some say she doesn't cry blood, and I know it may be overwhelming hearing it but try to block it out, id make her stay in her room with a night light.

Give her a pallet on the floor then? I know how the need for sleep can occasionally trump a battle of wills. :(

She has a night light. Also the lamp is on in the living room and bathroom light is on as well. She just keeps getting louder and louder. If I close her door she freaks out even more. which results in the baby being woken up. I don't know if dd is excited about Valentine's day tomorrow or what. Its her first school v-day. I love her to death but I'm only one person.

Try some bendral (can't spell I am tired). When my kids are over tired but awake that's what my kids doctor has me does. Works good and she will get some sleep

I have linuliam(sp) floors with concrete underneath so the pallet is a no go. Thank gosh we are having carpet installed next week. Or she would be on a pallet in the floor.
