Stupid question.... Is v-day considered a state holiday?
I need to go get my baby's birth certificate today. I don't want to get down there and the office be closed.

No, it is not. But if you wanted to check it would probably be easier to go to your county's website and look there than to ask us...

Aah, I see. All of mine out here have a list of specific days that they're closed for. Or it'll say "Closed for state holidays" but you can click a link to see a calendar or list of which days those are.

nope. it is an international holiday that does not warrent the closing of public or governmental services.
