Valentines Day... Who wouldn't like it? It's for lovers!

Who wouldn't like a holiday just meant for you and your lover? I love Valentines Day! I love my lover boy!!

 Dh and I hate the whole idea of Valentines Day. We spend it with the kids. We usually go out and have dinner and catch a movie.

The idea behind it is great, but the whole thing is an overrated hallmark holiday imo. My hubby and I show each other we love each other all year round. Our own little valentines tradition? We get Mcd's chicken nuggets and frys to share, and a shamrock shake! :) (bash all you want, mcd's us a once in a while treat for us.)

I love Valentine's Day! Even when I was single! A whole day full of love and happiness. I think bitter people are the ones who hate it. Like my dad. He's the most bitter man I have ever known. I still buy him a box of chocolates and take him out to dinner though. Just to watch him squirm around all the lovey dovey couples. It's hilarious. lol

Because I love my husband every day,every minute. Days like today.mother's day and father's day are pretty silly.

I hate it and I'm not bitter. I am happily married and have been for nearly 10 years,been with him for 16. I have always thought vday was silly.
