Died yesterday. She had leukemia and we didn't even know. She got an infection, was hospitalized, life support...then...nothing. We heard of her passing on facebook.
She is now harassing people who give condolences to dh on fb (friends they have in common).

i guess your dh isn't involved in her life if you didn't know she had cancer. I wish your dh the best.
