My Valentine's Day is ruined. **Update**

I made Red Velvet cupcakes and then realized I have no cream cheese to make the frosting. They were supposed to be a surprise. I had to text DH and tell him I'm craving bagels and cream cheese and ask him to pick some up on his way home from work (hopefully he'll do it). 

Otherwise I have to make vanilla frosting for them. Does anyone know if that would even taste good??

Also...I made grilled cheese with turkey for lunch. Burned my sammich. 

Gave the dog a bath (soaked the whole bathroom) and as I was putting on my sweatshirt to take him outside, he pooped on the floor.

...Hopefully AT LEAST dinner goes as planned. I'm so bummed.

Oh. And the card I made DH is not very pretty. =[ I MADE AN UGLY CARDDD

So this is what DH gets to deal with when he gets home...

Thanks ladies!! I've never even had red velvet before and I've only heard of it with cream cheese frosting so I'm in a slight panic. haha. But I thought they would be a nice touch cuz they're reddish =]
